Yeah the only valid point in that little lot is tha details of the financing have not yet been announced, which probably means we're not going to like them when we see them. For the rest of it it would have been just as meaningful to say "The market is down!!!!!" After all it wasn't just ICGE who lost its shirt, as he seems to be trying to imply, in glorious techniclolor.

Just out of curiosity was ICGE on that burn list too?? and in what kind of shape, if the answer is yes?
