BWAY is now stressing that business from ICGE affiliates has been drastically reduced. Furthermore, they are not counting on a reversal of that and are planning accordingly. Future growth must come from other customers, as they stated in the "Comments on Q4" press release:

The Company attributes the revenue and earnings shortfall to a sharp decline in business from Internet Capital Group companies, the continuing change in the market environment, and a shift in the Company's focus away from servicing dot com customers and toward engagements with brick-and-mortar collaborative ebusinesses, Global 3000 companies and autonomous divisions of Global 500 companies.

What Feuerstein suggests would not be a good strategy for ICGE. "Sick puppies" should be let fail. Funneling money through them is not a good way to support the healthier ones such as Breakaway. The sick ones are not competitive; they will probably fail anyway and BWAY would just end up addressing the same problems over a slightly extended period. Meanwhile, the dependence on weak related parties would make BWAY an easy target for critics.
