Here is another copy about how to update BIOS from SOYO website.

*** BIOS UPDATE INFORMATION ***

Please following the steps below to update your bios :

0. Download the "awdflash.exe" and BIOS file (xxx.bin) from Internet
1. Put your "awdflash.exe" and "xxx.bin" in the same directory
2. Disable your "autoexec.bat" and "config.sys"
3. Reboot the computer
4. Executing "awdflash.exe"
5. Key in the "xxx.bin" you have
6. a) Type "n" if you don't want you save the old BIOS file
or
b) Type "y" to save the old BIOS file, key in a name like "xxx.bin"
7. Type "y"
8. System now restarting to update your BIOS
9. Turn off your computer when system notify you
10. The end
