INTCfan, the Q4 earnings will be released on Thursday, January 25, 2001. Today is the first time the company has actually set a specific date for the earnings release and conference call. The web sites that specified earnings release dates prior to today's announcement were all just speculating.

SST Announces Release Date of Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2000
Financial Results

SUNNYVALE, Calif., Jan. 16, 2001 -- SST (Silicon Storage Technology, Inc.) (Nasdaq: SSTI) will announce its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2000 earnings on Thursday, Jan. 25, 2001.

A press release will be transmitted to the news media immediately following the close of the market on Jan. 25th. The company will also hold a conference call to discuss the results at 1:30 p.m. PDT.

Those wishing to participate in the conference should dial (712) 257-3644 using the password "SST" at approximately 1:20 p.m. PDT.
