Battery Technologies Inc.... A "Stock to Watch". BTI-t...this company has a patented technology for the production of rechargeable batteries. It licenses this technology to battery manufacturers and distributors. Recently BTI has announced it has entered into a LOI to acquire 100% of Accucell a German company that markets and distributes batteries in Europe thus giving it a key foothold in the European marketplace. There should be news on this soon. Also of note is a $5 million equity financing offering @.52 with an attached wt @.57 through Gromme Capital. With a share price currently trading under the equity offering price one could assume this stock will be moved to the next level soon.
