After hours bid on ISIP just popped to 11 15/16 on no news. She closed on her high of the day 11 3/4 on pretty heavy volume. I just took a look at the technicals and other than some congestion at 13-14, this baby looks primed to pop. I got in today at 11 1/2 - a little rich but I'm not complaining. The chart smells news and who am I to argue. Short covering alone may clear the congestion. With two consecutive days at 14+, we'll have little overhead resistance - which would make any news act like rocket fuel. BWTFDIK ? Good luck to us longs. Franco
