But that absence of reitteration will be the secret code word for "look out, we have bad news but we cant legally say anything, Keep, Did Intel say anything about winking? :) IF there is a MATERIAL change, it must be disclosed to everyone. What is of import is that Leavitt, who fought the Banks tooth and nail to get FD implemented has now resigned. We already know that Scrub has substantial experience with insider trading. (the sec allowed him to skate on a big one) If he appoints some limpdork who backs off reg FD enforcement because of his well connected buddies, WELL, THEN YOU MAY START TO REALLY WORRY.
