Yes, my observation of Kathleen Harris and the articulate way she has spoken and in particular the clear candid professional and respectful answers and information she provided to the Civil Rights Commission proved to me beyond any doubt that Ms Harris is an exceptionally bright, thoughtful individual with a superb common sense understanding of Florida Law, and how to be a civil decent servant of the people. Very few are as qualified as Ms Harris as an objective fair and honest final interpreter of Florida election law.
