I may have to give you this one regarding this contract. I "assumed" (bad idea) that office supplies in this case includes packaging materials. A re-read now would indicate the retail franchises are not using the Ariba platform for the purchase of bags, etc. or the manufacturing of the cards requirement of shipping boxes. At the retail level, boxing and other related materials are office and store supplies (mostly store not office)and can be a significant expense issue.
