They sing this as a group at school assembly, not in class or in conjunction with studies of the period, or of national historic music. For me when they say the pledge of allegiance and then sing this song, there is implied endorsement. I haven't said anything about it, YET. But when I put it with the study of "Best Christmas pageant Ever" I see a Xtian bias here.
