Arizona extends guarantee facility agreement Arizona Star Resource Corporation AZS Shares issued 39,685,437 Jan 12 close $0.68 Tue 16 Jan 2001 News Release Mr. Roger Richer reports Effective Jan. 15, 2001, the guarantee facility agreement entered into on April 14, 2000, has been extended for nine months. As of Jan. 14, 2001, the amount outstanding under the guarantee facility has been reduced by $500,000 to $1.5-million. As consideration for providing the extension, Arizona Star will receive a fee of $50,000 and marketable securities as collateral. All other terms of the facility remain unchanged.
