JUST CHECKING AROUND AND CAME ACROSS THIS INFORMIX FILING. IS SHERMANO ALSO A FINANCIAL ADVISOR TO CDDD AND DID THEY BUY ANY WARRANTS? JUST WONDERING The Series B Warrants may be exercised until 2002. In connection with the sale of the Series B Preferred, the Company issued 100,000 shares of its Common Stock to The Shemano Group, a financial advisor to the Company ("Shemano"). In addition, the Company agreed to issue Shemano a warrant to purchase up to 50,000 shares of the Company's Common Stock if the closing sales price of the Company's Common Stock as reported on The Nasdaq Stock Market on May 17, 1998 does not exceed $12.50. sec.gov
