When I worked as Cargo Super on a bunker ship
( we took bunker and supplies out to the super tankers )
The Japanese were the hardest to deal with.
They seemed so paranoid about getting short
changed ( like they didn't trust their own eyes )
as all the tanks are inspected before and after
by their own inspectors , and they just wanted to
check and check..like the guy who puts a letter
in the letter slot , then looks back in 3 or 4 times. <G>
It was frustrating as I had 28 tanks ...
