Paul, A quiet period can refer to the time around the end of a quarter when there is kind of a news blackout where company officials play it pretty close to the vest until earnings are released. I don't think that's what is going on here. Ascend's CEO has been pretty vocal. I think CSCC's executives are deferring to ASND's lead. From what I understand, they have been closely coordinating with each other from the time the merger was announced. If you go back some posts, follow the link to the UPSIDE interview with ASND CEO,Mory Ejabat. He places considerable emphasis on the merged companies being decisive rather than slow to move. I don't think the CSCC silence is bad news. It means from here on it is ASND's show to run. These are take charge guys. It will be great. Baird
