American Energy Services Signs Representation Agreement With Green Oasis Environmental
HOUSTON, Jan. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- American Energy Services, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: AEYS - news; AES) announced today that it had signed an exclusive representation agreement with Green Oasis Environmental, Inc. (GOE), a modular refinery manufacturer. AES will provide sales and marketing activity for GOE in Mexico.

The Agreement will provide AES with substantial revenues on all sales of GOE processing plants in Mexico. It is anticipated that Mexico may purchase ten to thirty units during the next two years. AES anticipates that such sales should generate between $40 and $100 million in revenues. AES will have the right of first refusal to provide all pipe, valve and fitting requirements for each unit. This could provide an additional $4 to $10 million in revenues for AES's regular product lines.

``This is another example of our strategic relationships with technologically proficient oil and gas service companies to capitalize on the opportunities in Mexico. We believe that this Agreement provides us with a substantial revenue opportunity,'' said Pat Elliott, AES President. ``The Mexican Department of Energy officials and state-run oil company PEMEX have shown significant interest in establishing freestanding waste oil and distilling plants in strategic areas of Mexico which are not adequately served by the country's existing refinery capabilities. Our experience in Mexico and relationship with PEMEX combined with GOE's globally patented technology and manufacturing expertise makes this an ideal combination to pursue this business.''

PEMEX and the Mexican Government believe that the construction of the facilities will provide a variety of benefits to Mexico including improved distribution of diesel and other fuels to the local population, reduction in imports of refined products, reduction in the cost of handling and disposal of waste oils and employment of Mexican labor in the construction process.

Mr. Elliott is currently featured in an interview at ceocast.com where he discusses this Agreement.
