The link you provide is not a list of atrocities or human rights violations. It is a link to political propeganda and mentions of the bad conditions in the area. Following some of the links the only human rights abuses I could find where reports of rape by soldiers. The responsibility for the rapes would fall on the soldiers themselves and their commanders and the Mexican army if they allowed it to happen.

it is not that simple....

i tried to show you what the situation has developed into... i guess i failed to make you understand.

the situation has arraived to what it is BECAUSE the church and the heavy influence that to this day has over the people, ( ALL PEOPLE), has allowed this to happen.

Why have they NOT changed this ?

are these the results of their preachings in an area that has been so heavily influenced by the church ?

that is a poor record.

why has the church not obtain a better record ?

i understand that not ALL priests are evil or selfish... but the bottom line result has been that the church has aided to the corruption and exploitation that has been executed in the entire Latin American Region.
