mr mark, virus hoaxes: I just got an e-mail warning about a non-existing virus. Thanks to my association with this thread I was able to document it as a hoax and tell the sender. service1.symantec.com The e-mail had been forwarded multiple times with many of the addresses visible. I wonder if these people feel more secure, thinking they will always be warned by e-mail. I also wonder how many have expired virus definitions, if they have an av program at all. What a disservice these hoaxes are. We are fortunate to have someone to alert us to new av definitions. Gottfried
