Madharry, if approval is needed it would be gotten from the next of kin.

As to the big pharmas, I think it is pretty clear that PARS wants to go it a alone as far as they can. A drug can be partnered much more successfully after rather than before completion of P3. Also note that the market for TBI is large for PARS but on the smallish side for a major pharma.

I detect a note of sarcasm in your post. (I'd have to be unconscious not to.) I suggest that you listen to the JPM HQ presentation by PARS.
