I really am curious as to how they can do this test. Imagine it is your relative, and they ask for your approval to participate in this study. what does it mean having a relative in unexpected serious condition, and you are asked to volunteer him/her for an experiment where he may or may not be given the tested drug. it just looks like a very difficult situation to line up subjects.
