Intersting discussion on acquisition of internet sales. Since internet outfits are so inexpensive; if turn around can be done inexpensively by controlling overhead and gross profit; I would seriously take a look at a possible take over.

There could be savings if MAT gives up their own internet spending, but subsidiary should be kept arm's length.
