"Fixed costs" - about 1/3 of Intel's cost are fixed, the rest variable by units. And some costs probably went down due to manufacturing efficiencies.
"Lower ASP" - I believe Intel said their ASP's were flat.
"Lower unit shipments" - Didn't Intel say their units were just about flat with Q3?
