MSEL will have a special meeting for voting to rectify the reverse split to stay in Nasdaq national market.

I intend to vote no.

The reason is that the stock price will just erode again; but the low price now can not be much lower anyway. The result will be that they will be trading at OTCBB. The market makers will be the same; and the liquidity of the MSEL.ob market will be the same. January effect will push the price up due to oversold condition last quarter.

All this is because the operation of MSEL has not been turned around. The reverse split new stock, which will cost MSEL more cash spending, will not fair any better in the future but it could go mush lower than now. It is not a wise move just to stay in the Nasdaq national market.

If they have turned around then the reverse split should be done to move the price beyond $5 per share, which will induce funds to buy into MSEL.
