Take the Compaq dot...2000 SANs/quarter for '01. add in the MFNX dot, and DWDM being so protocol agnostic (you can tell CSCO didn't write that piece)and ready to connect SAN islands. If MFNX is sucessful the SAN islands get bigger awful fast. Rather than tons of little SANs. SUNW is in an excellent position and TrueSAN could arrive on the scene just at the right time. Also great day for UP. We could use a couple of these days... More than an hour ahead of the opening bell, Standard & Poor's 500 index futures for March were up 9.50 points at 1,345.00. Nasdaq 100 index futures were up 65.00 points at 2,580.50, pointing to a gain of 2.6 percent in the Nasdaq's 100 biggest stocks at the open.
