MagicInc.
Super Rich Media Ads to be Featured on Cybar.com and On Satellite TV in 100 Florida
Nightclubs
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 17, 2001--PayForView.com (OTCBB:PAYV - news),
today announced that it
has entered into an agreement with MagicInc. (OTCBB:MAGC - news) to provide the
endureAd® proprietary advertising
solution for the soon to be launched Cybars.com Nightclub Internet Network, beginning with
100 South Florida-based
nightclubs.
Under the terms of the deal, the two companies will split revenue for ads sold using the
endureAd online advertising solution
to Cybars.com advertisers. endureAd will be available on Cybars.com as well as through the
company's satellite-received
club television network displayed in popular nightclubs. A team of Cybars sales
representatives will sell the endureAds to
clients, which will then be designed, built, hosted and tracked by PayForView.com's newly
formed ad division.

Cybars is a new nightclub connection that brings nightclubs, club patrons and advertisers
together. Nightclubs that are
members of the Cybars online network are outfitted with free, strategically-placed Internet
cameras which netcast club
activity. Users can pan and zoom club cameras on-line to monitor people, dancing and view
the party scene. Images are
up-linked to the Cybars studios and its Internet web site: cybars.com. Cybars.com
features live music
presentations and advertising from owned and operated studios in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. to its
entire nightclub network with
high-speed, digital transmission via satellite. Advertisers and promoters have the opportunity
to have their message broadcast
to this young, active and affluent 18-40 demographic using the endureAd template and
functionality.
