It is still early in the day, but the the NAZ is now up 110 and the DOW is only up 41. SECTOR ROTATION. As good as this SECTOR ROTATION will be for the HiTECHs, my position has always been that SECTOR ROTATION is an anomoly and eventually will be corrected.
