TED- VIAS, I am expecting "disappointing" revenues from VIAS this quarter, mainly because of the lack of contract announcements. For a variety of reasons, it would be to their advantage to make these known if, in fact, they exist. For one, it would give them credibility in attracting other business. Secondly, it would give a boost to the stock at a time when insiders are selling (though, it doesn't need it now). Third, it would give them the opportunity to refloat the secondary if in fact they decided they wanted to. Considering the rationale for the first, I can't imagine why they wouldn't now if they could. From a finance standpoint, nothing has fundamentally changed for the companies or selling insiders (other than the fact they've unloaded some stock).
