Yes Mary Beth, the Island party is gonna be on, we just might make it at my house down the shore.....I put the cart before the horse yesterday, AXC was supposed to pay for my bulkhead...I went ahead and did it anyway, then AXC was gonna pay for my boat...I bought one yesterday...........I did speak to my broker yesterday and he thinks 4 additional contracts have been signed...but thats all..no specifics as usual.
