I think that is what it means...that was the reason for the sale. I was actually out of town in December when the deal was announced, and did not know about it until last weekend. I don't know the answer to your second point. One thing I thought of is that although the sale involves a slower growth division, it looked better when the market was growing gangbusters in the other market. However, the semis have been clobbered, so now ity may be the other buisness turn for punishment....i.e., perhaps the older buisness is not such a bad area in retrospect.
