The sale of BCS div includes the sale of the Mitel name and most of the Ottawa real estate that houses the BCS folks. New Semi Co (name TBA I presume) is left with the telco (electro only) semi business (Optical also being spun out as was announced this week). Looks like another example of this trendy break your self up into tiny bits creative destruction things. Mandy referred to the "master plan" in the press the other day. It would be nice if he'd share that grand plan with the company shareholders, so we weren't left guessing just what the hell is going on. March Net is not public but will be in the next couple of years. I have heard from some March insiders that Terry is really pumped and wants to kick some serious ass. (I have no doubt he will, and frankly I wish I owned March instead. He is basically laughing (as he should be) at having made off with an installed customer base and a credible IP PBX platform to build on for only 1/3 x sales.
