HTH,<<<the fundamentals are still very bad and no one knows what the catalyst might be for a resurgence in IT spending in general.>>>

Jack Welch spent nearly 15 minutes with Mark Haines and the Squawkbox crew this morning in a terrific interview. Mark Haines asked him specifically about IT spending. Welch was very emphatic when he said IT investments were the lifeblood of GE's future. That is where they will concentrate their efforts in making GE more efficient and more competitive.

All this analyst negativity could represent a terrific opportunity. I am now wrestling with myself to put my money where my keyboard is - and add to my INTC holdings. The problem, in my case, is overweighting.

Last week when Yahoo warned I bought at the open the next day - but I could kick myself for not buying more. In hind sight, it was such a no brainer.
