W got how many more million votes than Clinton in 92? In 96?

Fact is that Clinton lost 57% in 92 and would have lost the election if Perot hadn't taken Bush votes.

Fact is the UUSC overturned a decision which overturned a democrat judge's decision that Bush won FL. Bush did win FL and enough electoral votes for the presidency.

Fact is we'd be swearing in Gore if he'd carried his home state.
