One can always hope.>> The recent announcement that ROSS has hired a new CEO culminates the executive restructuring begun earlier this year. The market appears to be reacting favorably to the job Fred May has done in bringing to ROSS a new management team with strong marketing credentials. Just what the company needs, imho. Still, I wouldn't get too excited just yet. ROSS will report earnings at the end of the month. So there could yet be some rough water ahead. But after nearly a year of relentless bad news, the past two months of changes have given ROSS investors some cause for hope. - Peter B
