With the two most prominent bears on chip stocks, Dan Niles and Jon Joseph, getting lots of press on CNBC, it's tough to hold a move to the upside. Right now, we are climbing the wall of worry. Joseph claims we are only in the third inning of this down cycle in chips and he doesn't look for the cycle to bottom until either Aug or Sep 2001. Lke it or not, he did call the very top of the cycle last summer. Phil
