Yes but it is up, and on low-ish volume. Pity the poor INTC holders (of which I am one). Intel actually closes down after supposedly starting today's "rally", and on over one billion shares traded in the one day.

(Edit) We might even get a pop courtesy of IBM tomorrow, according to Briefing.com. What price $20 at option expiry instead of $17.50?
