I expect SIGA to make at least one acquisition, similar to the Citation Circuits buyout, in coming 12 months. Texas would be the logical place to buy something. The trend in the quick-turn sector is to locate facilities near major customers, and SIGA has major customers in TX. I don't expect a big reaction to the upcoming EPS report. June to October is usually a good time to accumulate tech stocks.
