According to UTCI Uncle Sam has completed the sale of 2,363,336 shares of UTCI common stock on the open market. That amounts to roughly 20% of the float. Enough to make a dent <g>. The CEO appears to think it's a buying op, but today there appeared to be some retail weakness. The short position has decreased since September.

The weird part is that Uncle Sam announced in October that they would be liquidating their position over a few months. Seems like the short interest would've increased around then, BWDIK?

Anyway it'll be interesting to see if the HB-LED and SiC speculators want back in. I may just pick up a few more shares one of these days...
