The GUMM stock fraud

Now that GUMM is flirting with double digits again, I wonder if I should even bother hitting it up again as a short (I covered all of it at an average price a tad under 8).

I am certain that the fundamentals will continue to be lousy. The only thing that bothers me is perhaps the FDA under the Bush administration will not (finally) close down the weird "homeopathy" loophole which permits snake-oil peddlers to continue touting their placebos as real medications.

Since ir is clear that the company is not shy about issuing hype press releases and using stock touts, this could turn into a non-stop spin fest for years...much like COPY and MCHM.
