However OC192c - while important - will IMO not provide JNPR with a competitive advantage going forward if in fact CSCO ever delivers.

What is Chambers doing at the moment to close the gap on JNPR? It appears they have erred strategically in this space.

I think you'd have to ask Chambers this question. :-) Honestly we can only watch at this point. I do get a sense that CSCO understands the challenge.
