I was already contacted by an attorney claiming to represent GUMM. I told him where he could put his request for a retraction. In retrospect, it was a mistake to issue a retraction on Valence. I only did it because I didn't want to be involved in nuisance litigation (though I was extremely confident I would win said litigation).
