Point me to a link of a "hype press release". You won't find one because if anything, Gum Tech needs to promote their company more.

Who are the "stock touts" that Gum Tech is using?

Come on, moron. Post something concrete so I can sue you for libel.

You must be confusing Zicam with a placebo. The study published in ENT Journal said that people who used Zicam got rid of their cold symptoms in 2.3 days while those who took the placebo got rid of their cold symptoms in 9.0 days.

To Mr. Yoest: Re your message 7713, do you really expect someone who has proven to be a habitual liar with no ethics to be honest about whether he has used Zicam and/or whether it works? Who cares whether the putz thinks it works? Three clinical studies prove that it works, and more importantly, feedback from consumers proves that it works. The main issue that I have with Wexler is that he claims fraud when it doesn't exist. If he can't prove fraud, he is guilty of libel. How can he prove fraud when the Homeopathic Pharmacopeia of the United States permits Gum Tech to label Zicam as homeopathic and the company has three clinical studies to back up its claim? If the FTC thought there was fraud, don't you think they would have come after Gum Tech by now?? People and companies have a right to protect their reputation from idiots like him. Valence already stood up for their rights and I wouldn't doubt if Gum Tech is next. If enough companies go after him, there's no doubt in my mind that the SEC will go after him for securities fraud.
