Thanks H.I. The article mentioned VIGN being "saddled with debt" amounting to more than $473 million as of 9/30. According to 9/30 balance sheet, LT debt is 3.6 million and the current ratio is over 3. a1112.g.akamai.net Plenty of speculation. The price action has not been good. Tomorrow morning will shed some needed light.
