Anyone else interested in this stock---parent company of Janus funds. Could the amortization rule changes make this a very attractive buy for the big banks?
That is my feeling. For example, banks like Citi, Chase could benefit from having a lot of clients that they could sell other services to. ie...synergies.
The change in accounting rules should play into this in a big way along with many other asset managers. However, the large dollar under investment makes this a better buy. I remember someone on TV stating that the stock is undervalued relative to its peers because of the Naz troubles.

I recall the company was looking for buyers a few months ago but am not sure.

Anyone else interested in this company as a stock.
