I use the RYDEX online feature and like it very much. They probably have a demo on the site, but you only have to click on the from fund or funds, enter the amounts, and click on the to fund or funds. Then a submit click and a second verify click and your done. I use it quite a lot with the two times a day funds and find the site super fast and never had a problem connecting a few mins before the cut off. If I had a complaint it would be that I have to use the account number and password routine twice to trade my two accounts.
