Thanks for you comments on Ralston Purina and Allaire. They're much appreciated.

I don't understand the steep drop of MACR so I'm going to hang onto ALLR a bit longer to see this swing back the other way. MACR dropped 3X the market cap of ALLR.

I'll probably move on from RAL but will hang on a tad bit longer to see if a counteroffer surfaces.
