Hmm.. As they say in poker, if you sit down at the table and can't figure out who the sucker is, then the sucker is probably you. :)

any trades with negative money flow characteristics can be counted as distribution. of course, whenever someone distributes, someone else accumulates. the trick is in finding out who the sucker is.
