Is there a 'time range' you are talking about to these pull backs? I'm assuming you are talking about 'runs' that happen over the course of a few days from an established base....as in the case of ETYS that stayed in the .18 - .21 base for almost a month before running to 1.00 over the course of a couple of days......

Also, as in the case of some of the 'pump & dumps' we see on the pennies...would this still apply? Or do those generally get washed out with the tide? LOL
