Hong Kong Business Briefs: PCCW Names William Cheung Executive Dir HONG KONG -(Dow Jones)- Pacific Century CyberWorks Ltd. (PCW) has named its chief operating officer William Kam Hung Cheung an executive director of the company with effect from Tuesday.
