Neil,

Do you think it is possible that the aluminum printing deal with Alcoa could affect earnings pretty quickly. I could imagine that if they have been working on it for over a year that the printing system could start using Presstek's plates pretty soon.

I am trying to imagine some ideas of how Presstek technology could be used (i.e., printing on the side of aluminum boats, cars, metal signs, metal buildings, etc.) I would love to work at a company like Presstek that has such great technology and you were assigned to imagine great new uses for it.

We finally made the Wall Street Journal today. Page C7. It reads:

Shares of Presstek continued to rise following Friday's news of a 2-for-1 stock split, coupled with some positive press releases from the p rinting technology concern. Some short-selling also helped drive the shares higher. The stock rose 6 3/4, or 8% to close at 91 1/4, in heavy Nasdaq volume. On Friday the shares jumped 11.

It is funny how they don't give any specefics of the Alcoa deal. I believe it will be only time and the WSJ, Barrons, and Investors Business Daily will have to write a more indepth report on the company.

It just keeps getting better. I am glad I sold my third vehicle and bought Presstek with it a couple of weeks ago at 68.

Got to love that Presstek.

Wesley
