The Taiwan Stock Exchange will be closed from late afternoon Thursday, January 18 and will re-open on Monday, January 29 at 9:00 a.m.@ Brokerage firms and custodian banks will be open exceptionally on Friday, January 19 and Saturday, January 20 for settlement and book closing purposes only, but no securities trading. The first day of Chinese Lunar New Year is Wednesday, January 24.
