Andrew, There was a review in I believe a German magazine of P4 / 850 chipset using only 1 RDRAM channel, and the performance suffered by a big margin. I don't recall the specifics. Single channel SDRAM will probably perform about the same. But I guess the question is: will Brookdale be single channel PC-133, or will Intel make it dual channel. If it is dual channel PC-133, it may perform as well as the dual RDRAM chipset. Of course, AMD will only get to take advantage of the opportunity if Palomino is fully ramped and DDR has a level of stability of at least today's KT133. Joe
